Executive Chef, Kevin Stender
Kevin has a long history in the restaurant business, owning the Top Notch restaurants in Madison and Montclair for over 13 years. Before this, he attended the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Par, NY, where he refined the restaurant and cooking skills that he developed growing up in the restaurant business.
Kevin credits his father, Hans, with teaching him about the restaurant business. His mother, Toni, has contributed her expertise as well, and she will be joining him at the Spring Street Pub & Grill.
